Cancellation policy
According to cancellation rules of GuestHouse Higashiyama the following apply:
- No show without any cancellation notice: full amount of the accommodation fee will be charged
- The reserved date with cancellation notice: 100% cancellation fee will be charged
- 1 day prior to arrival date: 50% cancellation fee will be charged
- 7 ? 2 days prior to arrival date: 20% cancellation fee will be charged
- 8 days prior to arrival date: no cancellation fee will be charged
